Full Evaluation $75.00 The evaluation is a comprehensive one hour assessment. It includes a movement and posture screening designed to assess specific issues that may be the cause of chronic pain. In addition it includes and in depth consultation with an Evolve trainer to set specific goals and create a plan to achieve them. BACK
